Brexit and breathe
Is anybody else unclear as to the intentions of the Government regarding the large portion of Employment Law regulations which owe their origin to the EEC.
Where is this most important of areas going?
Well the current Government seems intent on simplifying and deregulation along with the removal of obstacles to trade.
This does not really help.

Self Employment, Zero hours contracts, Equality and Diversity and Living/Minimum Wage are all issues which I think will be relevant.
So watch this space but don't hold your breadth as I think its going to take some time to see the results of Brexit on this complex and cotraversial area
