Covid-19 has effectively stalled the Brexit talks
It is still impossible to predict what the post Brexit HR/H&S landscape could look like but it will have roughly similar rules and regulations
No scaremongering is in order here and it's just a matter of making sure all of your present policies are up to date and effective and sticking to the present laws
It is easy to get carried away at this time but let see what happens once the new PM is back in place and Covid-19 issues allow some time
Yes it will change, everything does,(gig economy, zero hour contracts, employment status, employment tribunal fees HSE Guidlines, Regulations ) but nobody can say how at this time !!!??
