I founded iEmploy Ltd. in 2011. I have a legal and nursing background and have worked for numerous clients throughout the country on complex and varied situations relating to Health & Safety,HR & Employment Law. I enjoy long-term relationships with clients and provide bespoke advice when needed.
I believe that it is more cost effective to work for any business on the basis that prevention is better than any ‘cure’. Therefore I work hard with our clients to ensure that an organisation has workable as well as legally compliant policies and procedures.
Having acted as a tribunal advocate for over 15 years, I am able to deal with H&S,HR and employment law related procedures and can also represent the company in any employment tribunal or with HSE inspections.
I and my team develop a personal understanding of the clients’ business requirements and are available when needed. Prices are realistic and I believe I am approachable, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic in my work.
